We specialize in selling premium quality refurbished laptops at affordable prices. All products are tested and verified before being sold.

3. Warranty Policy

We offer two types of warranties for our refurbished laptops:

3.1 1-Month Parts Warranty

  • This warranty covers the following four parts only:

    1. Motherboard

    2. RAM

    3. Storage (SSD/HDD)

    4. Battery (if the battery does not provide at least 1-hour backup within the first month, contact our support team for replacement guidance).

  • Battery Replacement Process:

    • Customers must provide proof of the issue.

    • A verification process will be conducted to check if the one-month warranty sticker is still on the laptop.

    • If the battery issue is confirmed, a replacement will be provided.

3.2 1-Year Service Warranty

  • This warranty covers free servicing for one year.

  • If the motherboard or any other internal component requires repair within this period, the service charge will be free.

  • However, if any part needs replacement, the customer must pay for the cost of the new part.

  • The service is available at our service center.

4. Courier & Shipping Charges

  • Customers located outside of our shop area may need to pay extra courier charges for service or repairs.

  • Alternatively, customers can visit our service center for support without additional shipping costs.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • We do not offer returns or refunds once a product is sold.

  • Warranty services are available as per the above-mentioned conditions.
